 We can give help to each other constantly, all of the time. We need power in this manor. We can help everyone to create what they want in their lives. We can short circuit their hardships in every experience. We don't need to push anything for this to happen. We can always be in empowerment to create what we want for ourselves.

We are transforming our bodies in this understanding.
We can transform everyone's bodies today, in this power. We don't need pushiness to accommodate this power, in very experience. We can transform each other easily and feel the power in our bodies. And notice that shift in your experience. Notice the difference in your way of being when you share your power. Notice how different your body becomes Notice the way you give yourself power. By changing this experience and enlightening each other you become more powerful than ever.

You change your body and give help to everyone.
 Now that is important to understand about yourself. You are giving helped to everyone and giving help to yourself. That is important to recognize in your body. That is easier than creating pushiness. Let the powers change you. Let there be no pushiness in your heart; no one outside of this picture. No one pushing anyone, no one hurting another. No pushing going on in anyone's bodies.

We are important in this experience.
 We let everyone empower all of the time now. That is important to recognize on our bodies. Notice the shift here. Never hurting another is very important on our bodies. Never hurting another is always helping our bodies. Never hurting another is going to help a lot of people create now possibilities in our world. That is important to understand about yourself.

We can give help to each other all of the time, in every experience.
Notice that difference in your body. Notice how powerful you have become in this reality. Notice that the difference is easier to create than anyone ever expected. Now that is exciting, and exciting is important; it is what gives you what you want. Amma.
